Privacy policy
What data we collect on www.amltd.net, why, for how long, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
AM Web Solutions Ltd, Route Royale, Pointe aux Canonniers, Mauritius (company no. C09049380), a Constellation group company. Personal data contact: info@amws.space.

These periods are maximums: you can ask us to delete your data at any time (see § 6).
3. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible only to authorised staff at AM Web Solutions and, where necessary, within the Constellation group. We use the following processors:
- Website hosting: PlanetHoster;
- Audience measurement and advertising (only after consent): Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) and LinkedIn (Insight Tag);
- Anti-spam protection for forms: Cloudflare (Turnstile);
- Meeting booking, customer relationship management and email: providers bound by contract; list available on request.
4. Transfers outside Mauritius and the European Union
Some processors may process data outside Mauritius or the European Union. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
5. Cookies and trackers
No audience measurement or advertising cookie is set before you consent. You can refuse in one click and change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at info@amws.space stating your request; we reply within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office (Mauritius) or, if you live in the European Union, with the supervisory authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).
7. Security
AM Web Solutions is ISO 27001 certified. The website is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against abuse, and submissions are logged outside the public area of the server and deleted after 30 days at most.
8. Updates
Policy last updated on 8 October 2026. This English version is a translation of the French policy, which prevails in case of discrepancy.
